Caroline Kazmierski joined the Ed-Fi Alliance team in 2016 leading up the establishment and expansion of Ed-Fi’s external and internal marketing, branding, and communications efforts, and today serves as the organization’s Director of Marketing Communications.

Caroline uses her deep expertise and decades of experience in public relations to manage successful marketing campaigns and lead teams through critical stages of business growth.  Skilled at translating difficult concepts such as the nuances of semiconductors and data interoperability into digestible information, Caroline’s passion lies in aligning vision to actionable goals, and, at Ed-Fi, telling the stories of districts, educators, states and vendors that are transforming K-12 education using data.

Caroline’s experience spans the technology industry, from heading up communications at the Semiconductor Industry Association to overseeing government relations and communications at the North Carolina Technology Association to supporting the corporate comms team at Red Hat, Inc.

Caroline graduated from Baylor University, and when she’s not ideating on content with her team or crafting meaningful marketing engagements, Caroline enjoys spending time with her children learning TikTok dances.
