South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE)’s Ed-Fi Partner Community encompasses the SIS, the IEP provider, and several technologies that would have imposed large technical debt to implement. Partners’ collaboration with the Ed-Fi Alliance has allowed SCDE to be responsive to classroom and student needs that would not have been possible with current staffing levels. Very simply, we are able to do more to support our students and educators because of these partners.
