Lindsey is a teacher at heart, whose dedication to ensuring all students receive a high-quality education has driven her work throughout her career. Lindsey has recently joined the Ed-Fi Alliance team serving as the Community Manager for the Teacher Preparation Data Model (TPDM) program. In this role, Lindsey helps teacher preparation programs, state and local education agencies, and ed-tech vendors incorporate the Ed-Fi Data Standard and technology tools to enable better teacher preparation and educational outcomes.

Before joining Ed-Fi, Lindsey served as the Educator Preparation Data Coach, within the Educator Quality Center at California State University, where she supported faculty and staff to use relevant data to enhance teacher preparation program effectiveness through a process of continuous improvement. Lindsey acted as the Project Director of Accelerating Literacy Learning at Griffith University, where she led a team of researchers in the goal of enhancing the quality of schooling and educational outcomes in culturally, linguistically, and socioeconomically diverse K-12 schools across Australia; in a collaborative inquiry invention that designed innovative, data informed learning solutions for literacy challenges.

Lindsey earned her doctorate in Education at Griffith University in Australia.
