Craig serves as the Vice President of Operations with the Ed-Fi Alliance. He joins the foundation with more than 20 years of experience improving customer experience, product support, and customer retention across Fortune 50, mid-market, and early-stage companies in the technology industry. He previously worked with Dell Technologies as the Vice President, Quality and Continuous Improvement for Dell’s PC and displays businesses. He discovered his passion for edtech while supporting the deployment of Dell solutions to students and teachers around the world.
