Mustafa Yilmaz is the Senior Program Manager for Data Standards at the Ed-Fi Alliance. Mustafa joined the team from a non-profit organization in Washington, DC where he led data analytics for the organization’s investments focusing on educational outcomes. Mustafa has spent his entire career leveraging data to increase educational opportunities and quality educational services for students, especially in economically disadvantaged communities. He previously worked with local and state educational agencies as well as individual schools and universities.
Mustafa is delighted to be a part of Ed-Fi team and will use his skill set to advance the technical capabilities of the Ed-Fi portfolio. Originally from Turkey, he and his family now reside in Austin where he enjoys Tex-Mex and learning anything new about history, geography, math, and science.
